Fluffy (Baby Fluff)

Fluffy was from our very first litter of puppies that we got from breeding Maxx & Pookie. She was so...well, fluffy, she was like a little duck hatchling. The most adorable site you could ever imagine. I wish I had a picture of when she was a puppy..

This dog is probably one of the smartest dogs we've had, she is so intelligent that she can anticipate our moves. For example whenever we bring out the luggage for an overnight trip, she will run and hop into the car and will not get out of the car, I have to physically pick her up and take her in to the house. But the thing that sets fluffy apart from the rest is the fact that when she was a puppy, we already had Maxx & Pookie and I really didn't want a third dog. So when I was at work and people came to see the puppies we had for sale no one would ever even consider buying her even though she was the cutest of all the puppies and I'm thinking that she would sell for much more that the rest, but no hits whatsoever. After consenting to keep her because no one wanted her my wife finally about a year later tells me that she told anyone who was interested in her that she was cross-eyed and would not have good eyesight as she got older. Oh well, she has been a great dog and I can't imagine fluffy not being apart of our household.

She does have a few quarks though, she is sort of A.D.D when it comes to licking, she will lick her leg until it's raw. The doctor said it was a nervous condition and she would grow out of it, thankfully she has but now she will lay on top of Gilby and lick him for hours and you can tell he hates every minute of it.

Fluffy is our most affectionate dog we have, she loves being around people and just being a part of our family, she is 10 years old now and we're hoping she will stick around for at least as long as Pookie did(16 years). But she has been a blessing to my wife and I and are very glad that we didn't sell her when she was a puppy.

Also you can see from this image she doesn't care what you do to her. As long as you love on her she is putty in your hands.
